The jump from GCSE to A-Level can feel huge and so it's not uncommon to want some extra support during this transition and throughout your A-Level study. The increase in pace and level of complexity can cause confidence and enthusiasm to decrease, creating a stressful time for all. Our aim is to continue to create engaging and enjoyable tutoring sessions for our A-Level students whilst also tackling a significant amount of challenging material.

Our tutors are experts in their subject and a part of that is having the incredible ability to take a complex and difficult to understand topic and simplifying it in a way that supports understanding and comprehension without losing the core aspect of the topic. By finding methods which work for each individual student, our tailored approach allows for every student to experience success.

Most of our A-Level students go on to achieve A-A* grades in their exams, however it is not just high grades we aim for. Our approach aims for high levels of comprehension, meaningful application of methods and an in-depth knowledge of the processes involved in particular maths topics. As with other levels, we encourage our students to work with us to set-out appropriate and achievable targets that are challenging but not unrealistic. Regardless of the ability of the student, we support them in reaching their targets - and for many they surpass their own expectations!
